Congratulations to Sonny! Solos CRAF J-3 Cub on 16th Birthday

The Conch Republic Air Force wants to congratulate it’s newest officer, Sonny Knowles IV who soloed two aircraft on his 16th birthday Sunday, June 19. First, he soled the 1940 J-3 Cub owned by the Conch Republic Air Force and then he soled a Cessna 172 owned by Paul De Poo (Island City Flying Service) seen here is Fred R. Cabanas, Sonny Jr. and Sonny Knowles Sr.
